The grand opening event in the new showroom was a celebration of community, tradition, and progress. Guests were welcomed with live music, a Mirenda, and an atmosphere of excitement as they joined in marking this significant milestone. The event was graced by distinguished attendees, including Governor Arnold Palacios, Lieutenant Governor David Apatang, Akitoshi Takemura, Oceania Senior General Manager – India, Middle East, East Asia & Oceania Region from Toyota Motor Corporation, Megumi Komiya, New Zealand, South Pacific & VC Group Manager – East Asia & Oceania Division from Toyota Motor Corporation, Yuta Ogura, Senior Associate, Oceania & Korea Group, Oceania & Middle East Mobility Department from Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Archbishop Ryan Jimenez, and the revered Guelo Vicente Rosario from Rota, who delivered a heartfelt local blessing. Adding to the significance, the archbishop offered a ceremonial blessing, while key Atkins Kroll leaders Clark Boswell and Tracy Guerrero delivered inspiring remarks.
The celebration culminated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the start of a new chapter for Atkins Kroll Saipan.

The new service bay includes a covered driveway, ensuring customers and their vehicles are protected from the elements while providing a more seamless and secure experience. The facility’s open design encourages greater customer engagement, allowing employees to deliver personalized services directly in centralized spaces. This setup creates an efficient and streamlined process flow, elevating the overall service experience to a new standard of excellence.

The new dealership reflects a forward-thinking approach, integrating modern materials, tools, and environmentally conscious features. Designed in alignment with the International Energy Conservation Code (2018), it incorporates sustainable elements such as low-impact design and stormwater management to support the island’s natural aquifer. Additional features include high-efficiency HVAC systems, water-saving plumbing fixtures, and rainwater harvesting systems, with plans to add solar panels in the future to reduce energy consumption. To further enhance its community impact, the facility is equipped with soundproofing technology to minimize noise pollution, ensuring a quieter and more pleasant environment for the surrounding area.
Spanning nearly 27,000 sq. ft., the repair shop is equipped to handle a wide range of services. It includes 12 vehicle service bays, a wheel alignment bay, commercial service bays, pre-delivery detailing bays, and car-washing bays. The body & paint shop offers enhanced repair capabilities with six body repair bays, a car frame puller, a paint mixing room, and ventilated preparation and paint booths, ensuring a high standard of service for the community.
